As I look at the image shared with me by a member of my marketing team, I find it a true “conflict of interest.” WOW!
It gave me chills. It is so simple yet so profound. One word evokes so many emotions, and when broken down, it evokes even more.
Everyone will likely interpret this differently, but for me, it lays out the entire theme of my books.
The person, “mother.” Trying to see her, to understand, and in my case, to forgive.
To truly explore the “her” beneath the title.
The “other” represents the one who courageously stood in when my “mother” was absent. It is one tiny letter less, perhaps, but in essence, it is the foundation of the entire word.
Finally, “me.” My mother, my other mother, and me. The result of the total.
Will understanding them both help me to understand myself better? I guess we will have to see how it ends.
